Why we review every brand

A payment page asks people to send money. We check each name and logo by hand so nobody can pose as a bank, an exchange or another company. Your customers can trust what they see, and so can you.

  • Checked by a person before going live
  • Logos accepted only as PNG or JPEG images, served from our own domain
  • Pages stay on pay.flexrixpay.com with a valid certificate that wallets and browsers recognise

Does white label cost extra?+

No. Branding is included in every Flexrix Pay account.

Can each of my stores have a different brand?+

Yes. Set a brand on each project; projects without one use your account branding.

Will my current branding disappear while a change is reviewed?+

No. The approved branding stays live until the new one is approved.

Can I use my own domain?+

Payment pages always run on pay.flexrixpay.com, a domain wallets and browsers already trust. Your brand is shown on the page itself.

What if my request isn't approved?+

You see the reason in the dashboard and can send a corrected version at any time.
